The Canadian Alliance of British Pensioners is the most dynamic group
of volunteers in the field of U.K. pension rights.
Some of our volunteers' achievements:
We have educated thousands on their pension rights (many were not aware that they were eligible).
We have built a non-profit coast-to-coast organization in Canada, and linked it to similar British pension organizations in Australia and South Africa to form the International Consortium of British Pensioners.
We have fought your case for indexed pensions all the way to the European Court of Human Rights, regrettably resulting in a majority decision favourable to the Government.
We are now focussing our efforts on the UK court of public opinion, with powerful and sustained representation to the Political Party conferences. We have built valuable alliances with British pensioner organisations and Trade Unions, all of which share our disgust for the inequity perpetuated by previous Governments.
